What personal data do I process?

When sending a contact or casting form, I may process in particular your name and surname, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth, preferred date and focus of the photo shoot, content of the message and a link to your portfolio or social network profile. I only process data that you provide yourself and that is necessary to process your request or assess cooperation.

When you visit the website, common technical data may be automatically processed, such as IP address, device and browser type, time of visit and security logs. If a collaboration is concluded, contractual, billing and production data may also be processed. The use and possible publication of photos is governed by a separate agreement, license or model release.

Purposes and legal bases

I process personal data for the purpose of:
• processing inquiries, reservations and contract negotiations – contract fulfillment or steps prior to its conclusion;
• assessment of casting applications and organization of creative collaboration – steps before concluding an agreement and legitimate interest;
• fulfillment of accounting and other legal obligations – legal obligation;
• protection of rights, website security and resolution of potential claims – legitimate interest;
• sending marketing communications or publishing materials where consent is required – consent that can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention period

I store unfulfilled requests and casting applications for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, unless there is a reason for longer storage or you request earlier deletion. I store data related to the concluded cooperation for the duration of its duration and subsequently for the period necessary to protect legal claims. I store accounting documents for the period specified by law, usually up to 10 years. I store data processed on the basis of consent until its withdrawal or until the purpose ceases to exist. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.

Recipients and service providers

The data may be accessed to the extent necessary by providers of technical, hosting, form, email, cloud, analytical, accounting or legal services. The website and forms are operated via the Wix.com platform. Some technical or analytical services may be provided by Google. I do not sell the data. If the provider processes the data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will only take place with the use of appropriate legal safeguards.

Cookies

The website uses technical cookies necessary for proper and secure functioning. If analytical or marketing cookies requiring consent are enabled, they will only be used after your choice in the cookie bar and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Your rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@pavlacekjan.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, www.uoou.gov.cz.

Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary. However, without the mandatory contact details, I may not be able to respond or process your application. Casting Mystera Poise is only intended for persons over 18 years of age.

Security and automated decision-making

I take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects is carried out based on the data from the forms.
